One of the trials of moving house is the need to use up
everything that you have in the fridge and cupboards to minimize the amount of
stuff that you will inevitably need to lug around. As anyone who’s known me for
a while would know, I’m something of a throw everything together fusion cook –
ie. A mix of Asian and western ingredients thrown together randomly according
to whatever I think tastes nice. So I guess the closest to calling the dishes I
make the most of is something of a ratatouille.
As one of my all-time favourite dishes happens to be sweet
and sour fish, it is inevitable that I would attempt at some point my own
ratatouille version…
